to help our associates to increase their Export forwarding business. We have successfully been

promoting this business segment and have been helping our business associates worldwide for their

free hand shipments to Bangladesh or any of the major Airports and Sea ports.

We would hereby like to reconfirm the following if the shipments are sent to us:

o Complete follow up with consignee till POD received.

o Sending POD to overseas agent.

o Collections of Freight collect amount and remitting it over to overseas associates within

short period of collection of documents by the consignee.

o Incentive scheme for Free Hand Cargo for which we shall reimburse back to our Associates

subject to pre-alerts.
